At Demeter Fragrance Library, we want you to love your scent experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the items are well-protected to prevent damage during the transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Items

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your local carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
